3. Scope of Service

3.1 We operate as a distributor and intermediary, not as a manufacturer. All goods are sourced from verified producers and suppliers.

3.2 The Website serves both as a product catalogue and as a functional e-commerce platform. Orders may be placed directly through the online checkout or via email communication.

4. Order Process and Acceptance

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by WORLDWIRE SHOPPER LIMITED. No contract is formed until an order has been reviewed and confirmed by a manager.

4.2 Orders placed through the Website or other channels become binding only after confirmation via email or invoice issuance.

4.3 We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are listed in GBP and may include or exclude VAT as applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods. Partial payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing.

5.3 Accepted payment methods include Shopify Pay, PayPal, and Adyen (for large or off-site transactions). Payments may also be accepted through a POS terminal if arranged personally with the client.

5.4 All transactions are processed securely through GDPR-compliant third-party payment processors.

6. Product Information and Availability

(c) Pandemics, epidemics, or government-imposed restrictions;

(d) Transportation or supply chain disruptions;

(e) Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial actions;

(f) Acts or omissions of carriers or customs authorities.

10.3 In the event of Force Majeure, WORLDWIRE SHOPPER LIMITED will inform affected clients promptly and make all reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

10.4 During such events, delivery timelines may be extended or suspended without liability.

11. Confidentiality

11.1 All communications, quotes, and pricing agreements between WORLDWIRE SHOPPER LIMITED and clients are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

11.2 We do not disclose private correspondence, commercial terms, or client information without explicit consent.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
